NURSING CARE ASSISTANT
The Diploma in Nursing Care Assistant (DNCA) is a two-year diploma program in which students gain knowledge and abilities as a nursing assistant/aide. Additionally, students learn about topics such as Fundamentals of Nursing, Community Diseases, and Medical-Surgical Operations as part of their course work. Assistants in nursing care are also referred to as nurse aids. They work in conjunction with or under the supervision of licensed nurses (RNs) and physicians. There is a high need for workers with a Diploma in Nursing Assistant in a variety of areas, including nursing homes, medical writing, administration, health care centres, and educational institutions.
